About the Position

CWT is seeking Defense and Government Travel Consultant I (entry-level) candidates to join their team in providing exceptional travel support for U.S. military and government clients. This role involves assisting travelers with seamless bookings for air, rail, hotel, and ground transportation, ensuring safety and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Travel Arrangements:
    • Create and finalize travel itineraries for air, hotel, car, and rail.
    • Ensure all reservations align with client preferences and standards.
  2. Customer Service Excellence:
    • Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert recommendations to optimize the traveler experience.
    • Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  3. Booking Management:
    • Handle both routine and moderately complex bookings, including multi-destination and non-standard requests.
    • Escalate intricate cases to experienced staff when necessary.
  4. Training and Support:
    • Participate in comprehensive training programs provided by CWT.
    • Stay updated on industry practices via the company’s resources.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Language: Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen to meet government client requirements.
